Am truely overwhelmed by your response and the number of people veiwing my New Purple like looking blog. I really find this quite facinating........... but its obvious their are some people rubbing off on me hard.
Anyway today we went through the making of good session and what it entails and its very interesting when secrets of all session expectations are revealed. Thanks to Rob, Pui and Laura for making the training very interactive.
Am sure ur all wondering session flow for what??? Well AIESEC in Thailand, Year of the Pheonix MC TEAM 2006/7 is currently organizing powerful Induction Conference for the members who joined in June. The Conference is called SPARK-Get Fired Up!!! We are truely planning to get the members motivated and energised to know the power of AIESEC.
Am very excited and looking forward to meeting all the AIESEC Thailand members. :-) ;-)
Those are the basic updates of my work life now let get a glimpse of my social or rather other life of living in Thailand.
Now for sure ul all be shocked am doing quite well with chopstix and learning fast to use them but not the Chinese way. Am a fast learner so by the time am back home il be a guru.
Getting used to the spicy food and my favourite meal is (Part-C-U) thats not the Thai spelling but its Fried Noodles, chicken mixed with vegies and fried egg. I like it Pet Noy Noy (Little Spicy). Trust me by the time am back i will be fat am really eatting. About the Tea, not yet used but Laura might rub off on me coz she is so in love with them. Learning how to speak some Thai with the help of Pui especially how to order food, getting to places.......... by the time am done here i will be able to communicate with some Thai.... :-)
The other thing is shopping, people shop any time any day and there are thousands of shopping malls here.
We might soon be moving to the city will keep u posted. Thinking of moving into a big house which can accomodate us and the AIESEC Office. Although i l miss my Kenyan Empire my small room :-(.
Ooh yes the mode of transport there buses, Matatus (vans), Sky Train (Only in the city centre) its totally different from the Matatus and City Hoppers. Imagine they matatus dont have conductors u pass the money to the driver infront..... n pple dont steal its quite an honest society.
Yes i think i should sambaza (share equally) some heat back to Kenya, here its hot hot humid but better than India by far, Most houses have AC or funs but the worst is the Sky Train when u enter its freezing cold. During the day its ok when u enter but at night its too cold.
I was also jazzed to findout university student wear SKUL UNIFORM......(haha) u can easily confuse them for highskul students but the Freshers have to wear white shoes n sock aki they look very very funny.
Now you have a small glimpse of some of the things in have been noticing but il keep you posted on my new discoveries of 'THE CITY OF ANGELS - Bangkok'.
PS. Did you know in Switzerland the Executive Parliament is made up of SEVEN (7) Presidents who all rule the counrty together.
Discoveries Nakwambia (I tell you)
Cheers and kisses.

hahaha you inadvertantly told me about what to expect in kenya. For me I am comparing Canada to Thailand and then in your post you compare to Kenya...so now in my head I am comparing Canada, Thailand and Kenya all at once. Sounds confusing? yes it is.
